Receive Food Handlers Card
After successfully completing the course, you will receive a food handler’s certification card. The Food Handler Certificate is required for all employees who are involved in the preparation, storage, or service of food in a food facility.
How do I get my Food Handlers Certificate.
In order to get your Food Handlers, participants must take a recognized food safety training course and pass the online examination with a score of 70% or better.

When do I need to get my Food Handlers license by?
Within 60 days of starting work.
What do I receive once I compete the training?
After successful completion of the training, you will promptly receive a valid Texas Food Handlers Card as well as a food handler certificate of completion.
How long is the license good for?
2 years.
Can I register now, but take the training later?
Yes, you take take the training at your own pace. You can also take as long as you need to pass the forklift certification final exam, and once you register can take it on whichever day is most convenient. Furthermore, you can also take as many tries as necessary for you to pass the final exam.
How long can I access the course?
You automatically get one year of unlimited access to the training videos. Take your time through the course or come back after completion to brush up on your food safety knowledge.
