Here at National Food Handlers Foundation we want students to be completely satisfied with their purchase and the value they receive from it. As a result, users are eligible for a refund for any courses purchased from NFHF if your employer or organization does not accept a NFHF certification. Any refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase. All approved refunds will be for the order amount minus all transaction fees associated with the order. To obtain a refund, user must send a refund request email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number & employer documentation that has an explanation as to why the National Food Handlers Foundation certification is not being accepted. Once the documentation is received and reviewed, all eligible refunds will be processed and a refund receipt will be sent to the user. Once refund is issued, user will be removed from the NFHF database and all certifications will be made void. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunded amount to appear on bank statement.
