Responsible Vendor Program

The Florida Responsible Vendor Program is a voluntary initiative aimed at promoting responsible alcohol sales and service, reducing underage drinking, and combatting drunk driving. Participants, through rigorous employee and manager training, policy enforcement, and regular reviews, can gain insurance benefits and potentially lower penalties for infractions. Compliance requires detailed record-keeping, employee screenings, and public awareness efforts.
