The purpose of the products and/or services provided by the Site is to assist employers, other entities, or individuals (“End User,”) in addressing and meeting compliance requirements set forth in the governing regulations regarding food handlers training. We have prepared these products and/or services for the purpose of assisting End User in complying with such regulations. However, these products and/or services are not sufficient to complete training. The current food handling regulations require substantial additional practical training and evaluation by End User, including a final certification by the employer or trainer. End User is solely responsible for ensuring its, his or her compliance with such regulations. Use of the products and/or completion of the online training will not be sufficient to satisfy the regulations and End User will not be in compliance with regulations simply by using or having an employee use the products and/or services provided by NFHF. We shall not be held liable for any accidents, bodily injury, damages, building damages or anything of the like that that may occur from anyone who has taken the online courses offered through NFHF. End users are solely responsible for their onsite conduct. Your use of our Internet site or any of the products or services (including any online training) offered on this site is subject to all of the Terms of Use and Disclaimers herein. We may modify the Terms of Use and/or Disclaimers at any time without notice to you by posting revised Terms of Disclaimers on our site. Your use of our products and/or websites constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms of Use and Disclaimers, including any modifications that we make.

A course license will terminate earlier if the user successfully completes the course and becomes eligible for a certificate of completion, if applicable. Upon expiration or earlier termination of the course license, the user shall have no further right to access or use the course content, and any user seeking renewed access must repurchase the course.

National Food Handlers Foundation reserves the right to stop (permanently or temporarily) providing services without prior notice. Users acknowledge and agree that if National Food Handlers Foundation decides to disable the website, there will be no future access to your account. Lifetime Access applies only to the primary course purchased in the applicable transaction and does not apply to any order bump, add-on, or additional course. Lifetime Access does not cover any applicable state fees, filing fees, regulatory fees, or other third-party charges associated with the course, certificate, or related submission or processing, all of which remain the user’s responsibility. Renewal training may be requested beginning ninety (90) days before the expiration of the user’s current certificate for that course. To receive renewal access, the user must contact the support desk, and the applicable Lifetime Access course will then be reset for the user to complete again. Lifetime Access applies only to the version of the course purchased by the user and does not entitle the user to access any revised, updated, replacement, or newly released version of the course unless the company expressly provides otherwise. Lifetime Access is provided only for so long as the applicable course and related platform remain offered and supported by the company. If the course, website, or related services are discontinued, unavailable, transferred, or no longer maintained by the company, Lifetime Access may no longer be available.

Refund Policy
Here at National Food Handlers Foundation we want students to be completely satisfied with their purchase and the value they receive from it. As a result, users are eligible for a refund for any courses purchased from NFHF if your employer or organization does not accept a NFHF certification. Any refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase. All approved refunds will be for the order amount minus all transaction fees associated with the order. To obtain a refund, user must send a refund request email to support@www.nationalfoodhandlersfoundation.com and include your name, order number & employer documentation that has an explanation as to why the National Food Handlers Foundation certification is not being accepted. Once the documentation is received and reviewed, all eligible refunds will be processed and a refund receipt will be sent to the user. Once refund is issued, user will be removed from the NFHF database and all certifications will be made void. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunded amount to appear on bank statement.
